The other side of the pills have the numbers “57 55” (5mg) and “57 71” (10mg) with a score between the two numbers. They also produce a 40mg dispersible tablet that is square and orange in color. The 40mg dispersible tablet has a quadrisect score on one side with the letter “M” and the number “2540” imprinted on the other side. Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals also produces a 5mg, 10mg, and 40mg methadone pill under the brand name Methadose. The 5mg and 10mg Methadose pills are scored on one side and have the brand name “Methadose” imprinted on the other side. The side of the pill that has “Methadose” imprinted on it also has a hexagon shape imprinted along with the number “5” (5mg) and “10” (10mg). The 40mg dispersible pill has “Methadose”, a hexagon shape and the number “40” imprinted on one side with a quadrisect score on the other side.
  • Cebert Pharmaceuticals Inc. also produces a 40mg methadone tablet under the brand name Diskets. The 40mg dispersible methadone tablet is rectangular, peach colored and has a quadrisect scoring on one side. The other side of the tablet has the numbers “54 883” imprinted on it.
